You may have noticed we’ve changed the name of our livestream to “Evolving Democracy.” We want to support evolving our democracy and humanity as a whole to a more loving, compassionate place. You may notice that the first four letters of evolving spelled backwards spell LOVE, this is no coincidence. We are committed to love that radiates in a fierce, active way, and we hope you’ll join us on this transformative journey.

Today we talked about how building integrity, both internally and in community, supports evolving into a more sustainable, humane, and open-hearted way of being in the world. This topic surfaced after the current head of the US regime said the truth out loud, reminding us of our own aspirations to be in integrity and integrated with ourselves and our values.

When are we in integrity and when aren’t we? How does it feel in our bodies? How might we collectively become more committed to integrity?
